Raisin clusters
December 22nd, 2008 | Written by jfolkmann | Topic: DessertMy father-in-law and I fight over these at Christmas time. Good luck to anyone else that wants to get their hands on them. Other than butter tarts, these have to be my favourite Christmas treat. So simple and so tasty, just be sure to make lots as they’ll get eaten very quickly.

Oh wow! These do sound easy and super yummy! When I first saw the picture the looked like chocolate covered espresso beans, which are fantastic, but when I looked at the recipe I was excited. I love chocolate covered raisins!

THIS IS FANTASTIC! I always ask for chocolate covered raisins every year for Christmas but now I’m definitely going to try making my own. The cluster idea is brilliant! Thanks so much for sharing

I just made some Chocolate Corn Flake clusters. They turned out great with a little but of crunch. These raisin ones, however, look delicious as well. I’ll try them out soon. Thanks for sharing!
