Leslie’s Oatmeal raisin cookies

Oatmeal cookies are my favourite. More raisins, more better. On a recent visit from our friend Leslie, we learned that she was on the look out for good oatmeal cookie recipe. The funny thing was that she was the one who gave us this recipe about 10 years ago. Needless to say we just passed the recipe back, reuniting her with her long lost cookie recipe.

  1. The cookies are really nice, great flavor. Only thing is, be sure to put in 2 cups of raisins. I only did 1 cup and it wasn’t enough.
