I hear it's sometimes tough to know which wine is supposed to go with which food. A San Francisco company has launched a range of wines that make the appropriate pairing clear as day. With titles such as "wine that loves grilled steak" and "wine that loves pasta with tomato sauce" you won't have to search the shelf very long to find exactly what you're looking for. As a non-wine drinker it's almost impossible to buy a gift without asking everyone in the wine shop for advice, this would certainly help if the wine is quality. I'll have to get a couple of bottles and get some friends to do a test once they deliver to Canada (please).
